Year of Will

Hey there! Long time no see. It's been 5 months since my last blog post, but look on the bright side- it's still better than the two-year lack of posts from 2012-2014! Am I right? Well, here we are then. It's a new year. We released our first game over at unTied Games. The holidays have come and gone and we're already well into January, but that doesn't mean I can't talk about some New Year's resolutions!

Technically, I only have one resolution. It's pretty broad and encompasses a lot of things.

I'm going to make this year
the "Year of Will."

What does that mean, you ask? I'm going to do some really amazing things this year. That's it. So heads up, and keep your eye on me this year. Because I'm going to be making some awesome new games, posting more here as well as on our new unTied Games blog, and becoming the person I want to be, the person I know I can be. I'm going to believe in myself and persevere harder than I ever have before.

It wouldn't be right if I didn't list off resolutions though, so here's an unordered list. It includes both professional and personal resolutions.

- Lose weight and get in shape (a standard on any list of resolutions)
- Make my games the best they can be, and even more awesome than before
- Release at least 4 games this year
- Become better at pixel art
- Write more blog posts here
- Make the unTied Games blog great, with the help of Ethan and Charlie
- Produce video content for unTied Games
- Read more books

While I'm working on these, why not check out Star Reaction, my first completed game? It'd really help me out if you bought a copy! If puzzle games aren't your thing, simply sharing it on Twitter or Facebook helps a ton too.

This year's for you, grandma. I wish you could be here to see the amazing things I'm going to do this year.
Everyone else: Watch and learn. I'm putting my nose to the grindstone and sparks will fly.
